About Me

Welcome! I'm a full-stack developer based in Austin, TX. I hold a Master's Degree in Information Science, and have worked at several research organizations over the last 10 years. At my current position as Sr. IT Application Developer at the Office of the City Clerk, I develop technical solutions for projects assigned to our office by the Mayor and Council of Austin. I enjoy combining my deep understanding of information organization with my knowledge of programming to produce innovative, user-friendly applications.

This fully responsive site provides basic and advanced search capabilities for contribution and expenditure data reported by local officeholders, candidates, and political action committees. Paginated search results can be filtered and sorted.

Lobbyist Public Search

Lobbyists Activity Data - City of Austin

Provides user-friendly search capabilities for registration and activity data reported by Austin lobbyists. I built this site for a project to implement the City of Austin's new lobbyist registration ordinance. In addition to the public search page, I also built an ETL tool that processes submitted form data.
